Lead Front-End React Developer

We are searching for a Lead Front-End React Developer to join our remote team and lead the development of both back-end and front-end components of React dashboards. You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder needs into technical language, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in presenting solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to be proficient in writing unit tests and developing integration APIs using Python.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant professional experience1+ year of relevant leadership experienceProficiency in React (JavaScript and TypeScript) and Python Rest APIExperience building both the back-end and front-end components of React dashboardsFamiliarity with integration API development using PythonProficiency in writing unit tests using tools like Jest / EnzymeFamiliarity with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision for creating wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypesFamiliarity with Babel and CracoExcellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting solutionsAbility to discuss and suggest design ideas based on stakeholder needsFamiliarity with Agile practices ensures adaptability in project developmentB2+ English level proficiency
