Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Senior Mobile Developer, with full stack experience, to take over the development and management of our mobile platform. This role is pivotal in executing and leading the development of our iOS app, adding new capabilities, and eventually developing an Android version. As a startup, we value team members who are proactive, resourceful, and willing to contribute to various initiatives. This is a hands-on position with opportunity to grow into team leadership as the team grows. Responsibilities:App Management: Take over the existing iOS app development and maintenance.Development: Develop new features and capabilities for the app, including voice chat functionalities and integration of agents.Android Development: Plan and develop an Android version of the app.API Management: Design, develop, and manage robust APIs, ensuring proper version control and management practices, in concert with our backend team.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the app meets user needs and company goals.Initiative Support: Contribute to other company initiatives, offering technical expertise and support as needed. Requirements:Technical Expertise:Proficiency in full stack development (both front-end and back-end).Strong experience with modern iOS development using Swift.Experience with modern Android development using Kotlin.Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails).Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).Experience with version control systems (Git).Solid working knowledge of APIs and proper API version control/management.

Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with remote teams.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AI-coding tools – e.g., GitHub CoPilot.Knowledge of (or a desire to learn) LangChain, CrewAI, and similar AI-focused tools.Experience with (or a desire to learn) voice recognition and chatbot development.Previous experience in a startup or similar dynamic work environment.
