The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for leading, mentoring, and coaching other developers, along with exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to foster professional growth and ensure successful project delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and solutions that align with business objectives.Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and methodologies to maintain high-quality code and efficient development processes.Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of applications.Architect, design, and implement scalable and resilient serverless applications using JavaScript, NodeJS, TypeScript, API Gateways, and AWS Lambda.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system outages in a timely manner.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve team capabilities and technical expertise.Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations on architectural designs, technology selections, and implementation strategies.

Requirements:Must-Haves:Proficiency in JavaScript, NodeJS, and TypeScript development.Experience with API Gateways and AWS Lambda.Focus on serverless architecture.Good to Haves:Proficiency in Python development.Experience with Salesforce platform.General DevOps knowledge and CI/CD experience on AWS.
