Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual from Bangladesh to join our team as a Front-End and Back-End Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping run

front-end website development and supporting some back-end development tasks. This is afantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team and grow your skills in a supportiveenvironment.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain front-end components of websites.- Assist in back-end development tasks.- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of various web technologies.- Optimize websites for performance and usability.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills:Front-End Languages and Tools:- HTML- CSS- JavaScript- React.js or Angular or Vue.js- Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS

Back-End Languages and Tools:- Node.js- Express.js- SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB)

Additional Skills:- Version control using Git and GitHub- Understanding of RESTful APIs- Basic knowledge of server management and deployment

Qualifications:- Proven experience in front-end web development.- Some experience in back-end development.- Moderate understanding of English (both written and spoken).- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hiring Process:To ensure we select the best candidate for this role, we will conduct a series of coding tests toevaluate your skills and capabilities. The testing process will include the following phases:

Phase 11: Online Coding Testo An initial online coding test focusing on fundamental front-end and back-endskills.o Duration: 1 houro Topics covered: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic problem-solving algorithms.

Phase 22: Practical Coding Assignmento A practical assignment where you will be required to build a small webapplication.o Duration: 48 hourso Evaluation criteria: Code quality, functionality, responsiveness, and userinterface design.

Phase 33: Technical Interviewo A live technical interview with our senior developers to discuss your codingassignment.o Duration: 1 houro Focus: Your approach to the coding assignment, problem-solving skills, andunderstanding of key concepts in web development.

Phase 44: Final Interviewo A final interview with our hiring manager and team members.o Duration: 30 minuteso Focus: Work culturally fit, communication skills, and overall suitability for therole.
