Title: Java Backend DeveloperLocation: Remote PST, CST Prefferedduration :12months

Job Description:

We are looking to find a strong Java developer who is open to supporting customers once a month on rotation basis but rest of the time be involved in developing features, enhancing systems etc

Strong Java, Apache Spark or Pyspark and mapreduce experience needed. Someone that is able to write a good code is needed.

Remote role, can be located anywhere in the US, ideally PST or CST, coming from good technology companies is the key

We will provide a test via testdome that they need to clear.Candidates should have minimal 5 years of experience writing production java applications and supporting user requisitions when production applications have issues. Candidates should be proactively learning and following a runbook to familiarize themselves with support work and targeting 70% issues from users during business hour support rotation. Ideally candidates should be able to independently implement java based components and roll out to production services with minimal guidance from sr engineers.
