Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Lead ServiceNow Developer. As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to developing and maintaining ServiceNow applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, design solutions, and implement and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs. You will also provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and ensure the quality and efficiency of ServiceNow development projects.

Qualifications

Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including custom application development, system configuration, and administrationExpertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP web servicesProficiency in ServiceNow scripting and automation (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.)Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) modules in ServiceNowUnderstanding of ITIL processes and best practicesKnowledge of ServiceNow integrations and APIsExperience leading and mentoring a team of ServiceNow developersStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldServiceNow certifications (such as Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred
