Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and implementing solutions to enhance business processes.
Responsibilities:Customize and configure ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.Develop ServiceNow workflows, forms, and reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.Implement and manage ServiceNow integrations with other systems.Perform ServiceNow administration tasks, such as user management, ACLs, and data management.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards.Stay current with ServiceNow technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, etc.Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions, etc.).Familiarity with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow certification (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Service Portal development.Knowledge of ITIL processes.
