Outsystems Developer

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.2. Proven experience in developing web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.3. Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.4. Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.5. Experience with relational databases and SQL.6. Knowledge of software engineering best practices including version control, unit testing, and code review.7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:1. OutSystems certification(s) (e.g., Associate Developer, Professional Developer).2. Experience working in the insurance or financial services industry.3. Familiarity with other programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.4. Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.5. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities:1. Design, develop, and implement OutSystems applications to support various business processes within the insurance domain.2. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.3. Develop and maintain scalable, high-performing applications that adhere to best practices and coding standards.4. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and experiences.5. Integrate third-party systems and services using RESTful APIs and other integration technologies.6. Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of applications to ensure reliability and performance.7. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.8. Stay up to date with the latest OutSystems features, tools, and best practices.9. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.10. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance existing applications and processes.
