Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled WordPress developer with at least 3 years of experience working with Elementor and WP Bakery and additional SEO experience. The WordPress & SEO Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of WordPress websites, as well as implementing effective SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients and internal teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly websites optimized for search engines.

Responsibilities:

WordPress Development:Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.Design and develop responsive WordPress websites from scratch, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client needs.Implement and configure e-commerce solutions, payment gateways, and other relevant functionalities.Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of websites.Ensure websites are optimized for speed, security, and usability.Provide ongoing website maintenance and support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

SEO Strategy and Implementation:Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify opportunities for website optimization.Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and increase organic traffic.Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, and image alt attributes, to improve keyword relevance.Implement on-page optimization techniques, such as improving site structure, URL optimization, and internal linking.Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content.Monitor website performance using SEO analytics tools and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates and implement best practices accordingly.Keywords Optimization, Google Analytics Setup & Report, Google Search Console Setup & Report, Website Audit, Keywords, Backlink Research, Backlink Audit, 10 Classified Ads, Blogs/Articles Audit, Content Writing, Meta Tags & Alt Tags, Content Optimization, On-Page Optimisation - Content, Keyword, Dedicated Strategy, etc

Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or questions.Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of design, content, and functionality.Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer, preferably in an agency or startup environment.Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development.Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization.Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page optimization.Familiarity with SEO analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.Understanding of website performance optimization techniques.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):

Experience with e-commerce platforms and integrations.Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less).Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Sketch).
