Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Back End Developer (Node.js & .Net) at Collabera Digital located in Pasay. The Back End Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to back-end web development, software development, object-oriented programming (OOP), front-end development, and programming. This role offers flexibility for some remote work

Write code for new software applications, encompassing both backend development.Undertake software modifications or feature enhancements to existing systems, ensuring adherence to coding standards.Contribute to the provision of Enterprise-grade solutions by developing robust and scalable backend systems.Perform full life cycle software development of distributed web applications, from conception to deployment.Design and develop new systems, outlining client-side and server-side architecture.Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications to support software functionalities.Manage the complete software development process, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.Maintain and upgrade software following deployment, addressing any issues or bugs that arise.Conduct peer reviews of developed code to ensure adherence to defined coding standards.Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in delivering systems from inception to deployment with minimal direction.Promote adherence to software development standards and processes within the team.Prepare weekly and monthly regular reports of progress, keeping stakeholders informed of project status.

QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in IT, with a focus on backend development.Proficiency in C#, such as .NET framework or .NET Core.Adept in using NodeJSHands-on experience in consuming REST services, as well as SOAP and Restful ServicesCan start ASAP (July 1st week)
