Job Overview: As a Staff Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining their cutting-edge platform.

Design, development, and deployment of Back-end applications and services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions.Demonstrate technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for software development.Contribute to the architectural decisions and the long-term technical roadmap of the company.

Technical SkillsStrong Development background in Python.Experience in Python Frameworks. (Django / Flask)Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.Experience in Cloud Platforms. (AWS / Azure)Experience with Containerization. (Docker & Kubernetes)Familiarity with DevOps & CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with data analytics and machine learning frameworks.
