ServiceNow Developer

Role: ServiceNow Developer with HRSDLocation: RemoteDuration: 6-9 months contract Our client is a company that provides a distributed, open-source search and analytics engine.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and HR Portal development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance our HR service delivery processes and improve the overall employee experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly in the HRSD module, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:· Lead the design and development of ServiceNow HRSD and HR Portal solutions· Develop custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow, ensuring high performance· and scalability.· Implement HR service catalog items, record producers, and workflows.· Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems and third-party applications.· Develop and maintain APIs and data integrations to ensure seamless data flow.· Automate HR processes using ServiceNow Flow Designer and other automation tools.· Configure HRSD components, including Employee Service Center, HR Case Management,· and Knowledge Management.· Customize the HR Portal to improve usability and align with business requirements.· Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow HRSD implementation and· optimization.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.· Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow HRSD and HR Portal applications.· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR services.· Perform regular system upgrades and patches to maintain platform health and security. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with at least 3 years focused on HRSD.· Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.· Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components.· Experience with ServiceNow HRSD module, including Employee Service Center, HR Case· Management, and Knowledge Management.· Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools.· Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.· Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD.
