Senior Web Developer

As a Senior Web Developer you will be joining our web team to assist in the development and maintenance of new and existing systems that enable customers to purchase and use our software with ease.

Key Responsibilities

Help provide technical leadership and guidance to the development teamArchitect solutions that balance functionality, performance, and scalabilityIdentify and address technical debt and architectural deficienciesEvaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve development processesCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelinesCreate, review, and approve technical designs and implementationsAct as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations on web development best practices

Minimum Requirements

Comfortable taking on technical ownership of projects, or large features on highly complex projects.5+ years professional experience as a software engineer in a work environment3+ years Laravel/Django/Rails professional experience in a work environment2+ years application design/architecture experienceAdvanced knowledge of React/JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSSAdvanced knowledge of database architecture and designExcellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detailMust be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours of 9am to 5pm

Nice to Haves

Experience working in an agile environment, with a deep knowledge and understanding of how Renewed Vision Products (ProPresenter, PVP, ProVideoServer, Scoreboard) are used in production environments.DevOps experience
