We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Integration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing and managing the Oracle HCM Core Module and possess strong technical skills in developing integrations and customizations. This role requires expertise in issue resolution, impact analysis, and validation of quarterly patches, with a deep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage the Oracle HCM Core Module to meet organizational needs.Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations from Oracle HCM Cloud.Work with Oracle SR process to resolve and escalate issues efficiently.Customize Oracle HCM including DFF (Descriptive Flexfields) and EFF (Extensible Flexfields).Customize reports, define concurrent programs, and set up value sets and fast formulas.Conduct impact analysis and validation for HCM quarterly patches.Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Qualifications:Prior Experience: Demonstrable experience in implementing the Cloud HCM Core Module.Technical Skills: Expertise in developing inbound and outbound integrations from Oracle HCM Cloud.Problem Solving: Prior experience working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation.Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.Customization: Experience in customization of DFF and EFF, report customization, defining concurrent programs, value sets, and fast formulas.Patches: Prior experience in HCM quarterly patches impact analysis and validation.
