Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Group 400 Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a keen understanding of complex systems, and a passion for innovative technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications.Systems Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various systems and technologies.Code Review: Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex software issues.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications and systems.Agile Practices: Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality software on time.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the development process and product quality.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers as needed.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:5+ years of software development experience.Proven experience with Group 400 technologies or similar complex systems.Technical Skills:Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or similar.Strong understanding of software development frameworks and tools.Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.Knowledge of network protocols, security, and performance optimization.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
