They are looking for a VOLUNTEER Mobile App Developer (AR/VR).Role Description: Ready to drive impact and grow your portfolio? Join our team! They are seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer to join our team for a 5-month part-time volunteer position (8 hours per week). The ideal candidate will be proficient in Swift for iOS and/or Kotlin for Android development, with experience in augmented reality (AR) and e-commerce integration. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a user-friendly and visually appealing mobile app that includes hair scanning and virtual try-on features. Kindly note that this role is volunteer and without pay.Responsibilities: 📌 Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. 📌 Implement AR features for virtual hair try-on using ARKit (iOS) or ARCore (Android). 📌 Integrate hair scanning functionality using relevant libraries or APIs. 📌 Implement e-commerce features including product listings, shopping cart, and payment gateways. 📌 Collaborate with the Backend Developer to define app features and functionality. 📌 Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application. 📌 Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. 📌 Assist in the app deployment process and provide post-launch support. Qualifications: 📌 Proficiency in Swift (iOS) and/or Kotlin (Android). 📌 Experience with AR development using ARKit (iOS) or ARCore (Android). 📌 Familiarity with image processing and scanning technologies. 📌 Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. 📌 Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateway integration. 📌 Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to backend services. 📌 Previous experience with app deployment in App Store and/or Google Play.Volunteer 7-9 hours per week for 3-5 weeks remotely 💻
