Senior iOS Developer

Our Dublin based client are looking for an iOS Developer to join their team.

Great opportunity with an established business who operate in a growing sector.

Position can be performed on a remote basis but you need to be based in Ireland.

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing a best in class iOS application for customersDesign and build applications for the iOS platform with Quality, Security, Performance and Documentation in mindCollaborate with the mobile team members, engineers and product owners in order to identify a high quality software solution for complex problemsTake a quality-first approach to software development by producing unit tests and automate functional testing as much as possibleConduct code reviews with other developers, including security checksIdentify and correct fix bugs as requiredWork with relevant stakeholders and team members in the organizationProvide regular updates on the progress, schedules, issues and risks with your team members and the Software Development Manager

Experience RequiredExpert knowledge of iOSHands on experience developing appsExperience designing and architecting iOS apps and understand multiple design patternsDesign using network protocols including RESTful web servicesConstructive contributions to architectural discussionsExperience building mobile apps that are able to work offlineExperience working with GITKnowledge of Android/Kotlin is would be an advantageYou are confident in dealing with Swift Package Manager

Educational RequirementsA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.Good software engineering background and must be a proven iOS developer,2-5 years of relevant experience
