Kore.ai Developer

Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Kore.ai Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Kore.ai Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing chatbot solutions using the Kore.ai platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and create intelligent and effective conversational interfaces. Responsibilities:Design and develop chatbots using the Kore.ai platform to meet business requirements.Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.Implement and configure conversational flows, natural language processing (NLP), and integrations within the Kore.ai platform.Customize and extend the functionality of Kore.ai bots to enhance user experience.Test and debug chatbot solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in chatbot development. Requirements:Proven experience as a developer with expertise in Kore.ai platform.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript.Knowledge of natural language processing and understanding (NLP/NLU).Familiarity with RESTful API integrations and web services.Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Experience in troubleshooting and debugging chatbot applications.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience developing chatbots or conversational interfaces.Knowledge of machine learning concepts.Experience with additional programming languages, such as Python.Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Certifications:Certification in Kore.ai development or related fields is a plus.
