About the Position:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing Engineering Product Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying your technical expertise to help us scale our AI-powered all-in-one practice management platform. You will also contribute and collaborate as part of a cross-functional team (with Engineering, Product, and Design stakeholders) to understand customer needs and pain points, make informed decisions about our technology, and deliver innovative results to make our customers’ lives better and easier.

We’re counting on you to:Develop software solutions based on direction from management; investigate problem areas; and feedback from customersBuild new user-facing features with everything from database models to APIs and UI componentsDocument code and procedures for new and existing featuresHelp our customer support team with technical-related requests, reproducing bugs, and resolving issues for customersImprove performance and optimize our stack by applying better patterns and protocolsAdd analytics, monitoring, and alerts to our service to better respond to operational incidentsWork collaboratively with other stakeholders, such as Product Management and Design, to achieve company goalsWe don’t expect you to have a background in everything we use, but we do expect strong C# and JavaScript fundamentals

Requirements:5-8+ years experience in a full-stack software development capacityEnd-to-end feature development

Within:1 month you will: Become substantially familiar with the capabilities of our product, and components of our software and infrastructure, provide input on technology and product decisions, set up your dev environment, and ship code to production3 months you will: Provide feedback and provide insights on pull requests. Dig into technical-related issues that come up from time to time via customer support and work with our customer success teams to resolve issues. Feel comfortable shipping material updates to our codebase which could include bug fixes, enhancements, small features, engineering chores, and more.6 months you will: Ship fully-fledged features to production independently, monitor exceptions, communicate updates, and bask in the glory of thousands of customers using the updates you’ve shipped!
