Job Description:8+ Years of SAP BPM developer experienceSAP BPM (or Process Orchestration) v7.x including the tracking of manual/long running business tasks that require human interventions (e.g., approvals) and creation of business rules that can be safely changed by business system usersWorks with process team members and business users to review and understand process flowsIdentifies user interface requirements and business rules that correspond to business requirementsWill also need to be hands-on in developing the solutionExperience in Architecting SAP NetWeaver BPM Development and Process ModelingExperience in conducting Functional Design Specifications review sessionsExperience in drafting Technical Design Specifications document and subsequent delivery of the development objectDevelopment experience using Java / J2EE technologiesDevelopment experience in working with WebDynpro Java for developing portal applicationsBPM integration with SAP and Non-SAP - workflow modeling/development experienceBRM implementation experience for WorkflowsIdeally completed at least two end to end BPM projectsExperience in user administration on the portal such as role assignment, group assignment, granting/revoking permissions, maintaining user attributesExperience with SAP NetWeaver Technical design, configuring, development, problem solving & debuggingGood team player, strong team orientation, hardworking and enthusiastic.Effective cross functional collaborationSupport conversions and migrationsPrior experience in offshore-onshore development/maintenance projectsExperience in creating service interfaces and schemas (WSDLs & XSDs)Ability to work with stored procedures, database and SQL'sKnowledge of Medical Device industry and prior experience in regulatory environments is desirable
