Mid-level Golang Developer, Brazil

We are looking for a Mid-level Golang Developer to work on a project for an international client, who enjoys sharing and learning new technologies, contributing to CI&T and the community, who has a cultural “match” with us, respecting differences, working with collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain APIs using Golang. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Implement efficient data storage solutions using MongoDB and PostgreSQL. Integrate and manage messaging systems using RabbitMQ/Kafka. Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high development standards. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Golang with understanding of its ecosystem. Basic knowledge of Python for scripting and automation tasks. Proficiency in MongoDB, including experience with queries and data modeling. Basic understanding of PostgreSQL for relational database management. Basic knowledge of messaging systems such as RabbitMQ/Kafka. Proficiency with RESTful API design and implementation. Basic working knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker. Basic working knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Advanced English.
