Associate Full Stack Developer Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you will have a key role in our development of new and existing products. Here, You will have a high degree of transparency, autonomy, and ownership over your work, and will be involved in the entire development lifecycle of the solution and you will also be supported by your excellent teammates. You will be building the full-stack solution, its architecture and system design alongside the founders.

Every engineer at Expertia AI is responsible for delivering high-quality code and work as strong independent contributors - shaping the next stage of evolution in the HR-Tech space. We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic team members to join our journey as we scale Expertia AI globally. Required Qualifications

2-4 or more years of experience in working on a full stack experience on the above tech stackExperience building the full stack architecture and system designExperience in cloud deployment - AWS Amplify, EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, S3Working on designing and developing micro-systems architectureVersion control system - GitExperience in developing new systems and features from the ground up.

Experience working at a growth stage startup at 0-1 PhaseExperience and understanding of DevOps, microservice architectureExcellent verbal and written communication, interests in working on complex problem-solving, and a team player Extraordinary energy, highly motivated, and ability to work in a high-octane startup environment.Detail orientation, execution excellence and entrepreneurial spirit
