Informatica Developer

Title - Informatica Data EngineerType - Contract Location - Remote

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.Collaborate with business stakeholders and data analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Optimize and tune ETL workflows for performance and scalability.Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity throughout the data pipeline.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and performance.Document technical designs, processes, and procedures.Stay current with Informatica technologies and best practices.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Proven experience working as a data engineer, with expertise in designing and implementing ETL processes using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Informatica certification(s) is a plus.Experience with other ETL technologies (Meltano, DBT) and data storage and warehousing (AWS S3, Lakeformation and Snowflake)Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
