As a Senior Cross-Platform Mobile Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our mobile technology strategy. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing cross-platform solutions that deliver exceptional user experiences across various mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility. Additionally, you will stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain our competitive edge. This role will emphasize experimentation and exploring different technological options to find the best fit for our needs.

What you’ll do:Lead the development and execution of cross-platform mobile technology strategies in alignment with business objectives.Architect scalable, maintainable, and extensible cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and other technologies.Experiment with and evaluate various cross-platform technologies (e.g., React Native, Flutter, React, Tauri, Capacitor etc) to determine the best fit for our current and future needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.Conduct technical evaluations of third-party tools, libraries, and frameworks to support decision-making processes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability of mobile applications.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in mobile technology, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the organization.

What you bring:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a focus on cross-platform technologies.Proven track record of architecting and delivering successful cross-platform mobile applications from conception to deployment.Strong understanding of mobile development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and eagerness to drive innovation within the organization.A mindset geared towards experimentation and the ability to analyze and determine the cost/benefit of various technological solutions.
