Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Full Stack JavaScript Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for creating innovative web applications. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across the entire stack. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that align with our mission of transforming creator-audience relationships.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Express, Nest.js, and MongoDB.Participate in and understand Agile methodologies to streamline development processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Understand and navigate large-scale base code structures.Review, refactor, and document code to ensure high quality and maintainability.Apply and enforce design patterns effectively.Provide constructive feedback to team members and participate in code reviews.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features and improvements.

Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in JavaScript frameworks.Front-end: Prior knowledge in using React is a must; experience with Next.js is a plus.Back-end: Proficiency in Express and Nest.js.Programming languages: Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.Database: Experience with MongoDB.Methodologies: Strong background in Agile methodologies with a track record of successful implementation.Communication: Excellent communication skills, proficient in English, and the ability to articulate complex technical ideas.Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide constructive feedback.
