Job Title: Senior React & React Native DeveloperExperience Required: 7+ Years

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web and mobile applications using React and React Native.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive user interfaces.Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and direction.Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.

Required Skills and Experience:Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software development.Extensive experience with React and React Native.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).Familiarity with RESTful APIs.Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.A knack for benchmarking and optimization.Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
