Position: Clojure Developer

Duration: 06+ months (Possible extension/conversion)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (EST Zone)

Overview:

We specialize in construction tools and business partner solutions for the internet. Our platform is web-based and mobile-friendly, running on AWS infrastructure.

Technology Stack:

Frontend: React, JavaScript

Backend: Clojure, Postgres, JVM languages (Java, Scala, Clojure)

Messaging: APIs, Kafka, Kinesis

Infrastructure: AWS services (preferred but not mandatory), HashiCorp tools (Nomad, Vault, etc.)

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experienceSolely large team experience; ability to solve problems independently and communicate effectivelyContribution to open-source projects (e.g., Stack Overflow, local meetups, conferences, GitHub)Development and scripting proficiency in Clojure

Interview Process:

First Round: Theoretical knowledge assessmentSecond Round: Hands-on coding session (screen sharing);Third Round: Assessing problem-solving and thought process
