Your Responsibilities

Building custom Shopify themesImplementing new features and enhancing UI/UX on existing Shopify themesCollaborating with cross-disciplinary team membersSupporting the planning and scoping of new features and projectsProviding valuable input on various topics, including accessibility and performanceContributing to internal documentation and shared code libraries

Essential Skills

Native-level fluency in EnglishMinimum of 2 years of experience in Shopify web developmentProficiency in authoring Shopify themes from scratchExpertise in HTML5, CSS3, Shopify Liquid, and JavaScript (ES6)Experience with version control and modern build technologiesProficiency in creating responsive, cross-browser compatible codeExcellent time management and communication skillsExperience working as part of a remote team

Preferred Skills

Experience with Node.js and serverless functionsExperience with Shopify API's and SDK'sExperience with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.jsExperience with Next.js or similar frameworksKnowledge of SEO best practicesFamiliarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Elevar
