Role: React DeveloperLocation: India (Remote)Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing web applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript. You will play a key role in implementing features that meet business requirements, ensuring a sustainable and reliable codebase, and contributing to overall group objectives.Key Responsibilities:Feature Implementation: Develop and implement features that align with business requirements while maintaining a healthy, sustainable, and reliable codebase.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to solve problems, form opinions, and advocate for engineering-specific roadmap items.Group Objectives: Contribute to overall group goals, including identifying opportunities for cross-product code reuse, enhancing developer experience through automation, and improving operational stability.Code Quality: Write maintainable and high-quality code, continuously seeking opportunities to simplify and optimize.Testing: Deliver high-quality code with confidence by writing comprehensive integration and unit tests.Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to continuously improve the quality of the codebase.Professional Development: Take ownership of your professional growth by seeking out challenging work assignments and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 10+ years in the IT industry.At least 6+ years of experience as a front-end or full-stack engineer.Proven experience in developing web applications using React, Redux, React Testing Library, and Jest.Technical Skills:Expert proficiency in TypeScript and modern React, including hooks and functional programming.Familiarity with advanced React 18 concepts such as Server Components and Suspense.Ability to test applications for accessibility and assist the team in developing accessible applications.Extensive knowledge in integration tests using Mock Service Worker (MSW) and writing end-to-end tests using Cypress or Playwright.Soft Skills:Strong ability to coach and mentor other team members.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different groups to achieve common objectives.
