Software Developer Engineer II

We are looking for a Software Engineer II who willAbility to work within a cross-functional Agile team to develop new components in a highly iterative fashion. Involves close collaboration with product owners and QA.Develop critical components that makeup CSG’s core product using AWS, .NET, C#, and Java.Provide Level 2 Support to customers - resolving technical issues/error messages encountered by customers in a live production environment.Resolve complex technical issues.Perform under minimal supervision on significant assignments.Ensure compliance with SLAs and OLAs
