We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python/Django Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of our digital offerings.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the development and maintenance of high-quality web applications using Python and Django.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to define, design, and implement new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to improve application performance.Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.Work closely with design and product teams to deliver a seamless user experience.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and project outcomes.You Perfectly Match If you have: 5+ years of professional coding experience using PythonKnowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL)Experience with web frameworks: Django, DRFKnowledge and experience with DockerKnowledge utilizing Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence/BitBucket)Experience with Linux (know your way around a shell)Basic experience with AWS Strong refactoring skillsExperience in API designExperience in building scalable systemsGood understanding of security/access control, scalability, high availability, and concurrency patternsAbility to work in a Scrum/Agile software team
