Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an HRSD IT Service Now Developer at Altezzasys INC. The HRSD IT Service Now Developer will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and modules. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement HR Service Delivery processes. The HRSD IT Service Now Developer will also perform system integration testing and provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications.

QualificationsProficiency in developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modulesExperience with HRSD implementation , Integration and administration.Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practicesExperience in ServiceNow integration with other HR systemsUnderstanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamStrong communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related fieldServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferredExperience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
