Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to…
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. After the requirements are gathered, will be providing a demo to stakeholders. Develop custom applications, workflows, and scripts using ServiceNow technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions). Configure ServiceNow modules (T Service Management (ITSM), CMDB, and platform. Conceptualize, execute, and document clear, high-quality, and reusable code. Participate in application review, testing, and quality control activities. mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, providing technical guidance and support. (for Senior)
Qualifications
Minimum Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5yrs+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. 5yrs+ years of experience with ITSM (modules in ServiceNow), CMDB , and overall platform administration knowledge. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to have:
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator). Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of SDLC and ITIL best practices. Culture of learning as updating knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem is essential. Knowledge of Agile.
