As a Senior Developer at TTEC Digital, you are the focal point for software development to customize, configure and extend the Genesys Cloud telephony platform. In this role, you will participate in, but will not be limited to: explanation of system capabilities to the customer and/or internal staff, application design and development, source code development, application flowcharting, database development, database integration, tracking of projects, cutover support, application troubleshooting/triage and follow-up support as required. Our projects are moderate to high scope in complexity. After-hours work is required, travel may be required as needed.
What You'll Be Doing
Functions as an active member of the Development team in the following phases of a project’s lifecycle: Design, Build, Deploy, Accept Works with customers as needed to translate design requirements into application solutions, ensuring the requirements are met according to the team’s and practice area’s standards and best practices. Communicates with project manager/client to identify application requirements.Ensures applications meet the standards and requirements of both the client and project manager.Conducts tests of the application for functionality, reliability and stabilization.Deploys/implements the application to the client.Maintains and supports existing applications by fixing problems, addressing issues and determining the need for enhancements.Demonstrates concern for meeting client needs in a manner that provides satisfaction and excellent results for the client, leading to additional opportunities within the client account.Performs all tasks within the budget and on time while meeting all necessary project requirements. Communicates regularly if budget and/or scope changes.May assume leadership responsibilities on projects; ensures developers on the project are aware of timelines and hours associated with assigned development tasks.Demonstrate professionalism and leadership in representing the Company to customers and vendors.Follow-up on and resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner.Update customer to reflect changes in system configuration as needed.Act as development liaison to other groups as needed.Provide on-site assistance as required: development audit, development review of best practices, etc.Act as development team point of contact when the team manager is out of the office or otherwise unavailable.
What You'll Bring To The Role
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or related area.5+ years of development experience with C# and .NET required.Solid understanding of RESTful Web Services and .NET Framework.Solid understanding of web application development.Deep knowledge of integration services including SOAP, REST, JavaScript, and HTMLFamiliarity with Azure Functions or AWS Lambda integrations required.Familiarity with the DevOps, Git, and Microsoft development platform required.Familiarity with Ruby, Powerscript, and/or Python desired.Development experience with Genesys Cloud Architect, Genesys Cloud Dialer and APIs desired.
What You Can Expect
The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $90,000 to $115,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
