Flutter and Web Developer

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Web and Mobile Application Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications that deliver an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and quality assurance testers, to bring innovative digital solutions to life. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand project requirements and user needs.Design and develop responsive web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal performance and usability.Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using industry best practices.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and maintain coding standards.Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web and mobile development.Test and optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and security.Work closely with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve defects.Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

Requirements:Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter.Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS.Translate and Build the designs and Wire frames into high quality responsive UI code.Explore feasible architectures for implementing new features.Resolve any problems existing in the system and suggest and add new features in the complete system.Suggest space and time efficient Data Structures.Follow the best practices while developing the app and also keeping everything structured and well documented.Document the project and code efficiently.Manage the code and project on Git in order to keep in sync with other team members and managers.Ensure security guidelines are always followed while developing the app.Consulting with our customer facing representatives about software system design and maintenance.Perform time profiling and memory leaks assessment.Write tests for the App.Firebase: Should have experience with Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions and AnalyticsProven experience as a web and mobile application developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Proficiency in front-end and back-end development technologies, including but not limited to:Web: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.Mobile: React Native, Flutter, or Swift/Java for native app development.Back-end: Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java.Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.Experience with version control systems such as Git.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.Understanding of agile development methodologies.Knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) is a plus.Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.Emphasizing additional technical skills will enhance your qualifications.
