Position Overview:As a Backend Developer, you will play a key role in developing robust and scalable backend solutions to support our products and services. You will be responsible for handling infrastructure issues, writing cron jobs, managing messaging queues, and ensuring efficient data transfer in a paginated manner. We are looking for individuals with a hustler attitude and a strong sense of responsibility to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Node.js, and Prisma.Handle infrastructure-related issues and ensure the reliability and scalability of our systems.Write and schedule cron jobs for automated tasks and processes.Implement messaging queues for asynchronous communication between microservices.Optimize data transfer methods to send data in a paginated manner for improved performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and debug issues, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality and best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest backend development trends, technologies, and tools.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of backend development experience.Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, Node.js, and Prisma.Strong understanding of backend architecture, infrastructure, and deployment.Experience with writing cron jobs, managing messaging queues, and optimizing data transfer.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Hustler attitude with a willingness to work 50-60 hours a week.Driven by a sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
