Role DescriptionWe are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.Developing new features and user interfacesBuild pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the applicationFixing bugs and performance problemsMaintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest qualityCooperating with back-end developers, to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutionsLeverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixes—React Native moves fast and often breaks things.

Skills1-4 years of mobile app development experience, with extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store(s)Ability to write well-documented, clean codeRock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflictsUnderstanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storageFamiliarity with push notificationsUnderstanding mobile app design guidelines on each platform and being aware of their differencesFocus on delivering exceptional results and meeting goals, rather than adhering to strict working hours.Communicate openly and transparently with team members and leadership.Take ownership of your work and make autonomous decisions to drive success.Bachelor degree in computer science or computer engineeringAutonomous and comfortable with teleworkingLanguages: Arabic, English - French is a plus
