Position Overview:

Konsolve is seeking an Expert Business Developer to join our team on a remote, commission-based arrangement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the IT and digital marketing sectors. This role is crucial for driving growth and expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities in the digital marketing, web development, and custom software development sectors.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Developer or similar role in the IT and digital marketing industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and custom software development services.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role with the potential for high earnings. The more business you bring in, the more you earn. Specific commission structures will be discussed during the interview process.
