Salesforce Web-to-case , Mail-to-case routing implemented. Chatbot will be a new channel and that needs to be integrated with the omnichannel messaging routing to the support team. Apart from that, the chatbot also needs to have feature like proactive nudges ( even if no one is asking ) or similar features.
Requirements (required)
Demonstrable experience with Einstein, Salesforce, including Salesforce Admin and Platform Dev certifications.Proven experience in designing and developing chat bot solutions, with a focus on advanced NLP and machine learning techniques.Proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Java.Managing all Einstein Bots in Salesforce within the Organization, including managing the AI models, intent sets, utterances, and any associated automation (Flows) that the Bots utilize (including routing)Design and develop Salesforce Einstein Chat Bots for our client's business.Architect Chat Bot solutions and introduce new features to enhance customer engagement.Integrate with backend systems and APIs.Test, validate, and continuously improve Chat Bot performance. Working on Sandbox environments and deploying Change Sets as work is completed.Experience in Sales and Service cloudUnderstanding of scripting languages or programming experience such as Javascript, JQuery.Proficient working with SOQL and SQLExpert knowledge around Lightning Platform and Web ComponentsKnowledge of Salesforce best practices and governance.English - Upper-intermediate
