We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Node.js Backend Developer to join our growing team. As a hybrid workplace, we offer a collaborative environment where you can work remotely, but you also have the option to work ocasionally from our office in Arcore, Italy, or Malaga, Spain if you want to travel and meet our teams.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Node.js Backend Developer, you will be a key player in architecting, implementing, and maintaining robust and scalable server-side applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions that power our web applications and services.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Node.js.Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.Implement and maintain database structures and optimize queries for performance.Work with modern frameworks and tools, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.Conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of coding and mentor junior team members.Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and other communication protocols.Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Node.js Backend Developer with a proven track record.Strong proficiency in Node.js and asynchronous programming.Experience with popular Node.js frameworks such as Express.Proficiency in designing and optimizing database schemas (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless computing.Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
