Front End Engineer

As a FrontEnd Engineer of Virtuos R&D team you will be involved in the design, implementation and optimization of the applications that advance the state of the art production tools applied to video games assets and production resources.

Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive web applications using web technologies of HTML and JavaScript, CSS frameworks (e.g. VueJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).Collaborate with UI/UX designers, IT, and production teams to deliver high-quality, user- centric solutions, while staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in web and desktop application development to continuously improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field from a prestigious university.3+ years of experience in web or desktop application development.Experience in designing and deploying RESTful APIs, with a comprehensive understanding of web security protocols and authentication methods.Knowledge of AWS Cloud services and on-premises deployment, with experience in CI/CD practices.Proficiency with Python, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Typescript.Experience in designing and developing high performance desktop applications with PySide, PyQt, or ElectronJS will be appreciated.Familiarity with WebSocket and Server-Sent Events will be appreciated.Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB or Redis will be appreciated.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent communication skills to be able to integrate into a team remotely.
