Position: Oracle cloud HCM integration Analyst Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a point of contact for application teams integrating with People PlatformValidate/test the consumer data before they begin their phase of testingAnalyze behind the scenes data using SQL queriesQuickly identify defect root causes and drive towards resolutionMaintain a plan that shows the onboarding status of each team. Update/maintain plan every weekUses critical thinking mindset to ensure all possible outcomes are accounted for in preventing consumer issues Required Qualifications8+ years systems/data integration experience, working as a Systems Analyst/Project Manager with consuming systems5+ years of systems/data integration experience related to HR data5+ years of hands-on SQL experience – must have SQL experience to validate data3+ years managing a systems integration plan
