Experience: Minimum 5+ year in ServiceNow

Job Description:● Strong Servicenow technical skills (JSON, API, Script include, Business rule) ● Strong knowledge on all SPM processes (Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, TimeSheet, …) ● Already used or implemented SPM in large organization ● Oversee the project overall, including planning, resource coordination, tracking timelines and budgets, as well as communication with stakeholders ● Import / Extract data transformation (Data source, Transform map) ● Know and use Agile methodologies in ServiceNow ● Performance Analytics ● Reporting & KPI ● Good communication oral and written ● Certification SPM
