Android Developer

Job Description:We are looking for a qualified Android Mobile Developer to join our team. This role will be supporting Client operations and will require DHS agency Public Trust . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Android platform and be proficient in Kotlin , Android Studio, and Android package manager.

Responsibilities:Designing, building, and maintaining Android mobile applications for client.Collaborating with the design team to define app features.Ensuring quality and performance of application to specifications.Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.Maintaining the code and atomization of the application.Designing and implementing application updates.Must skills- Kotlin and Android Studio,REST and JSON.DHS agency Public Trust Required Skills:Proven experience as an Android mobile applications developer.Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on Google Play Store.Proven software development experience and Android skills development.Proven working experience in Android app development and have published at least one original Android app.Experience with Android SDK and working with remote data via REST and JSON.Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.Excellent knowledge of Kotlin and its ecosystems.Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.Experience with Android Studio and familiarity with continuous integration.Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform well in a team environment.Proven software development experience and Android skills development.Proven working experience in Android app development and have published at least one original Android app.Experience with Android SDK and working with remote data via REST and JSON.Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.Excellent knowledge of Kotlin and its ecosystems.Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.Experience with Android Studio and familiarity with continuous integration.Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform well in a team environment.Knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Preferred Skills:Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Experience with automated testing platforms and unit tests.Familiarity with additional programming languages like Java or Python is a plus.
