Back End Developer LATAM REMOTE

We are looking for a Backend Developer with a background in QA testing, to do tasks of maintenance, support, and development for a US client

Location: LATAM - Remote

What you will do:●Proven professional experience with PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript● Experience consuming Google APIs (Charts, Maps/ Map Layers)● Previous experience using GitHub and Jira.● Experience with any other technologies is considered a plus!● Previous experience with Unit Tests, Integration Testing, System Testing, White box Testing,and Blackbox Testing. Knowledge of Selenium is a great advantage.● Advanced English skills● Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and demonstrate resilience andresourcefulness when facing challenges.● A results-oriented person with the ability to work independently and a growth mindsetorientation● Team spirited, responsible, and passionate about solving problems

What will make you the best fit:● Write clean and maintainable code that follows best practices and coding standards.● Develop and maintain server-side applications using PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.● Perform maintenance, support, and quality assurance duties.● Work with the Project Manager to complete tasks and objectives on time.● Use Jira for issue tracking and project management, ensuring efficient task management andtimely delivery.● Create and maintain technical documentation.● Troubleshoot and debug issues to identify and resolve software defects or performancebottlenecks
