Jr. Software Developer with IRS MBI clearance

Alltech International is looking for a Jr. Software Developer with an active MBI clearance.

Day-to-day: Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects. Prepares detailed specifications for programs. Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. Has full technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. Understands the business or function for which application is designed. Duties also include instructing, directing and checking the work of other systems analysts and programming personnel.

Clearance Required:An active IRS MBI is required to be considered for this role.

Qualifications: 2+ years work experience with software programming.2+ years C/C++ and Python programming skills with troubleshooting experience.Troubleshooting experience may be in any area as long as the candidate is very good at troubleshooting in general.

Desired Skill:Experience with Image scanning solution with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology related to document processing is a plus.
