Our client, a leading force in the scheduling application industry, provides advanced HR and scheduling software solutions to corporate clients including Starbucks, AirFrance, and various governmental and health organizations. Specializing in the integration of complex ERP systems like ADP and SAP, they cater to the broad requirements of shift-based businesses. With a global presence, including a dedicated team in Canada, the US, Croatia, and Argentina, they are looking to further expand their team in Buenos Aires. Our client is seeking to add a mid-senior Vue.js developer to their team in Buenos Aires for a full-time permanent opportunity (salary plus benefits through Remote.com). This is a mostly remote work arrangement with 1- 2 days on-site per month to foster team collaboration. Candidates based in Buenos Aires or willing to relocate to the city for the opportunity are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities:Engage in the development and maintenance of web and mobile-based scheduling applications using Vue.js.

Participate in integration projects for diverse ERP systems to enhance HR and scheduling functionalities. Work collaboratively with a global team to create, develop, and deploy innovative solutions (LLMs based on ChatGPT and AWS AI and ML services, currently). Actively participate in all software development lifecycle phases. Work with AI, TensorFlow, vectored data, AI prompts, etc.Technical Skills Required:Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Vue.js. Proven experience in enterprise-level projects. Knowledge of TDD and ability/desire to write own unit tests.Desire to learn and contribute to the team' full-stack development efforts.Nice-to-have Requirements:Experience in full-stack development, particularly with Django/Python on the backend.Experience with HRIS, scheduling software, and/or ERP system integrations (e.g., ADP payroll, SAP).A well-maintained GIT portfolio showing past work is hugely beneficial.Of Note: Completed background checks will be required prior to the start date if you are selected as a winning candidate.
