Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Java Developer with expertise in Hibernate 4.x. As a Java Developer at Nebula Partners, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Java applications using Hibernate 4.x. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions, write efficient code, debug issues, and perform code reviews. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Java programmingExperience with Hibernate 4.x and object-relational mapping (ORM) frameworksKnowledge of Spring Framework and other Java frameworksUnderstanding of database concepts and SQLFamiliarity with web development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven)Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
