We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of our digital offerings.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the development and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications using React Native.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to define, design, and implement new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs to improve application performance.Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.Work closely with design and product teams to deliver a seamless user experience.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and project outcomes.Requirements:Proven experience as a Senior React Native Developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.In-depth understanding of React Native and its core principles.Experience with popular React Native workflows (such as Flux or Redux).Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile app integration.Solid understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and best practices.Experience with code versioning tools, such as Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.Experience mentoring junior developers and leading projects.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with native mobile development (iOS/Android).Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).Knowledge of automated testing suites and practices.Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
