Back end Developer Team Lead

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain backend systems using PHP and Laravel.Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliverhigh-quality software solutions.Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.Implement and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services.Participate in code reviews and guide junior developers.Work with AWS infrastructure for deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications.Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Requirements: 7+ years in PHP and the Laravel framework.Advanced MySQL 8 with all types of joins, basic knowledge of groupings, transactions, understanding of indexes (balanced tree) and performing complex queries.Proficiency with Linux, and Nginx.Experience with Redis would be an advantage1+ years Experience as a team lead. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.Experience in the gambling industry or related domains - A BIG PLUSStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively within a team environment and augment existing teams.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other backend technologies and frameworks.Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Vue.js, React).Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
